Single-Stage Pulsed Baghouse Deduster

Single-Stage Pulsed Baghouse Deduster is a new type of pulse bag filter, which was developed by our company based on advanced technology of Germany.

Instruction
DMC single-stage pulsed baghouse deduster is developed by our company based on advanced technology from Germany. This deduster product uses high-pressure (0.5 ~ 0.4MPa) and large-flow rate pulse valve, which control flow to clean filter bags. It is applicable for gas with a large number of super fine dust (£5 microns particles) and high concentration (1300 g/m3n), which can remove more than 99.9% dust during the production. It has been widely used in the processing of fine powder of non-metallic mineral fine powder, other industry such as electric power, chemical industry, metallurgy, iron and steel industry also has a good application prospect.

Configuration
1. The main body includes the filter bag chamber, pre-dedusting chamber, air cleaning chamber, perforated plate, filter bag, filter-bag frame.
2. The injection system includes the main air tube, injection pipe, pulse valve, control instrument.
3. There are two kinds of combinations of ash hopper and ash discharge mechanism. The first is that ash hopper is directly connected to the discharge valve. The second is that ash hopper is connected with the discharge valve by transmission equipment (such as screw conveyor).

Principle

The dusty gas enters the expanded ash hopper for pre-dedusting. The gas flows through the guide plate spreading between filter bags and leave dust on external surface of filter bags. In order to ensure that the device resistance is less than 1200 pa, high-pressure gas is transferred into gas pulse through the electromagnetic valve. The air in filter bags is then compressed (0.5 ~ 0.7MPa) and ejected through injection pipe. Another high-pressure gas flow expands instantly when entering the filter bags. With the air flow in the opposite direction, filter bags shake off the dust for ash removal. The use of automatic control device can make sure the dust collector is operated in a certain range according to the dust adjusting-cleaning time and pulse injection time.
