DLQM Pulsed Baghouse Deduster

DLQM Pulsed Baghouse Deduster can be widely used in cement plant of broken installation, library, ripe cooling machine and grinding machine system.

Introduction
The series of DLQM pulsed baghouse dedusters include 33 kinds of products with different configuration. The filter bag amount in each chamber varies from 32 to 128. The length of the filter bag is 2450 mm or 3060 mm. The dust collecting efficiency is more than 99.9% and the dust concentration of the filtered gas is less than 80 mg/m³. The series of dedusters used in cold area(the outdoor temperature is -25℃ or less) should be equipped with heating equipment.

Application
 The filter area of DLQM pulsed baghouse deduster varies from 93 ㎡ to 4361 ㎡, with  filter capacity from 6900 m³ / h - 314000 m³ / h. Our DLQM deduster product have been widely used in the fields of building materials, drying, cement, metallurgy, machinery, chemical and refractory materials. They are specially applicable with the process or equipment like cement grinding, drying, coal mill, powder selecting, packing, and the clinker cooler. When applied with coal mill, combustion-proof and explosion-proof equipment should be added and the deduster configuration should be changed accordingly. Our products are also applicable for the surroundings of high dust concentration, such as coal grinding system of  O - Sepa powder separator, of which the dust concentration is higher than 1000 g/m³. Customers do not need to add cyclone dust collector as pre-deduster. The series of dedusters used in cold area(the outdoor temperature is - 25 ℃ or less) should be equipped with heating equipment.

Principles
DLQM pulsed baghouse dedusters adopts the multi-chamber structure. The pulse valve in the roof forms the pulsed flow to clean the ash in each air box. It is different with the work of traditional injection deduster. The pulsed flow of traditional deduster only works for one filter bags in each chamber at every turn and other bags are still in the process of filtering. The floating dust caused by pulsed flow would enter other filter bags, which would affect the dedusting capability of the whole system. However, for DLQM pulsed baghouse dedusters, the chamber will be closed in the process of dedusting and the floated dust will be collected in the dust hopper. This method will avoid secondary dust floating and is suitable for high dust-concentration gas.    

Configuration
1.Shell & Chamber:gas purification box、filter chamber、chamber barrier、inspection door and shell. The gas purification box is equipped with poppet valve, filter tubesheet and injection pipe.
2.Dust hopper and discharging mechanism:dust hopper,screw conveyer,airslide conveyor and rigid impeller discharger.
3.Air box:air box, air pipe and division plate. The air pipe is connected with gas purification box and dust hopper.
4.Pulsed ash-removal devices :pulse valve, filter bags, poppet valve and pneumatic
5.high-pressure pipe and pressure-relief devices, oil-water separator, oil mist device
6.support and vertical cage ladder, rail.
