 Introduction
DingLi three-layer single-channel pasture rotary drum dryer (Patent No.:  ZL200920089749.2), the equipment with large output, high efficiency and energy saving, small footprint, which is particularly suitable for high-moisture materials such as pasture grass drying with clean type hot blast stove. It can rapid drying moisture from 65-75% to 14-18% in one-time. Dry grass completely retained the nutrients of fresh pasture, bright color, smell fragrance, energy saving 30-50% than ordinary dryer, can maximize energy conservation and drying costs.Suitable for drying elephant grass, alfalfa, wheat straw, barley straw, oat straw, rye straw, rice straw, sorghum stalks, corn stalks, potato vines, bean stalk and 45-75% moisture of pasture straw. According to each material characteristics, production scale, quality requirements, application requirements, cost control, automatic level, on-site conditions, investment quota to optimized drying process technology and equipment configuration services.

Principle
Material Flow: the crushed pasture with about 45%-75% moisture are sent into the drum by conveyor to realize downstream drying. Under the effect of inner shoveling plate, materials are took and scattered constantly, and move in spiral forward method. Through the inner, middle and outer three layers, to realize heat exchange between material and hot air medium. The pasture that achieve drying effect move forward quickly and discharge out of the roller in the wind. Wet pasture that still don’t achieve drying effect couldn’t move fast due to self-weight, and are dried completely during the controlling route, thus achieving drying effect. Pasture moisture is decreased to 14%-18% (or according to customer requirements), complete the drying process, discharged by the screw conveyor. Inside the drum is installed with special device to prevent uneven dry pasture.
Air Flow: Pasture dryer is equipped with indirect clean hot air stove, clean air enters into the heat exchanger through blower, temperature reaches 150-350℃, then it is inhaled by the dryer induced draft fan to dry material and evaporate water, when the temperature dropped to 35-55 ℃ then discharge out of the dryer, wet air containing dust are discharged on standard through dust remover purifying.

Product Features
According to customer requirements, pasture dryer can realize intelligent control, one-touch operation, automatic operating parameter control. The dryer stays at the best operating status all the time, to ensure the dried pasture with stable moisture, and more energy efficient than traditional dryers.
1) Rapid drying moisture reducing from 65-75% to 14-18% in one-time. Pasture temperature is always lower than 50 ℃, dried grass completely retained the nutrients of fresh pasture, bright color, smell fragrance.
2) Dryer internal structure using a variety of high-lift board combination mode, effectively regulate the drying process and heat distribution, high heat utilization, exhaust gas discharge temperature is low.
3) Adopt four-wheel driving, which is more stable and reliable.
4) Adopt variable frequency speed to control material flow, according to user requirements, can adjust the required final moisture index easily.
5) Cylinder self-thermal efficiency can reach above 70% (the traditional single drum dryer heat efficiency is only 35%), improve thermal efficiency more than 30%.
6) Compared with single drum dryer, it reduces floor space by 50%, decreases civil engineering investments by 50%.
7) Modular dust collecting-purifying heat recycling configuration, safe and environmental.
8) Supporting a variety of new energy-saving clean hot air blast stove, fuel can be diesel, gas, coal, wood, wood chips, straw etc. And efficient energy, heating controllable, simple operation, energy consumption decreased by as much as 30%, power consumption reduced by 20%, the operating cost is lower.
