This project primarily targets the resource utilization of mushroom residue generated during edible mushroom production. With a processing capacity of 360 tons/24 hours (wet material), it can meet the needs of large-scale continuous production. The initial moisture content of the raw material is ≤50%, and after drying, the finished product moisture content is stably controlled at ≤13%, significantly improving the storage properties and reuse value of the mushroom residue. It can be widely used in organic fertilizer, biomass fuel, and other fields.
In terms of technical configuration, the equipment adopts a high-efficiency hot air circulation system and an optimized drum structure design to ensure uniform heating and thorough drying of the mushroom residue during the drying process. It is also equipped with an intelligent temperature control system that automatically adjusts operating parameters according to the material's moisture content, achieving the dual goals of stable output and energy saving.
