This high-efficiency drying production line is specifically designed for cassava starch processing. It utilizes the DLSG2011-3 drying equipment, capable of meeting the requirements for continuous and stable drying of cassava starch.
The project is designed to produce 2-2.5 tons per hour, suitable for cassava starch materials with an initial moisture content of 40%-60%. The equipment employs advanced hot air drying technology, combined with a scientifically designed internal structure, ensuring uniform heating and high drying efficiency during the drying process, effectively preventing clumping and quality damage.
The entire system has been specifically optimized for Indonesia's hot and humid climate, possessing excellent moisture resistance and continuous operation capability. The equipment operates with low energy consumption and high thermal efficiency, while the automated control system allows for real-time adjustment of temperature, airflow, and operating status, ensuring stable finished product quality.
