Located in Bijie City, Guizhou Province, this coal slime drying production line is primarily used for dehydrating and drying high-moisture coal slime materials. The project has a designed output of 57 tons/hour and is suitable for coal slime materials with an initial moisture content of 30%-40%. The equipment adopts advanced hot air drying technology and a scientific internal material lifting structure, ensuring that the coal slime is fully dispersed and evenly heated inside the drum, effectively improving heat exchange efficiency and evaporation rate, and ensuring stable material drying results.
Addressing the characteristics of coal slime such as high viscosity and easy agglomeration, the equipment has undergone specific structural design optimization, which can effectively reduce material sticking to the walls and clogging, improving equipment operational stability and continuous operation capability. Simultaneously, the entire production line has a high degree of automation, enabling intelligent adjustment of temperature, air volume, and operating parameters, reducing manual operation costs. The entire system features strong processing capacity, stable operation, energy saving, and environmental protection, and can meet the needs of continuous, large-scale coal slime production.
