Located in Amman, the capital of Jordan, this project focuses on the recycling and reuse of waste wood, constructing a production line integrating wood drying and pallet pressing. The project utilizes the DLSG1608 model equipment, tailored to the client's production needs, to achieve resource recovery and high-value utilization of waste wood.

The project is designed to process 1000 kg/hour of raw materials, suitable for biomass raw materials such as waste wood, sawdust, and wood waste with a moisture content ≤40%. Through a front-end drying system, the moisture content of the materials is effectively reduced, ensuring the finished product's moisture content is stably controlled at ≤15%, meeting the requirements for subsequent pallet hot pressing.

The entire production line employs advanced pallet pressing technology, achieving a finished product capacity of 750 kg/hour. The pressed pallets produced have stable structures and good load-bearing capacity, widely applicable in logistics, warehousing, and export packaging. Furthermore, the equipment boasts a high degree of automation and stable operation, effectively reducing labor costs and improving production efficiency.

Specifically optimized for the Middle East climate and customer site conditions, the equipment features enhanced energy efficiency, continuous operation, and durability, demonstrating excellent environmental adaptability. After the project commences operation, it not only increases the comprehensive utilization value of waste timber but also reduces the environmental impact of timber waste, creating significant economic and environmental benefits for the customer.
