DLDT Series Belt Dehydrator (belt filter press) is a new type of dehydration device which is Dingli developed for aiming at the property of brewer's grains of the brewery. It is particularly suitable for the dehydration of wheat brewer's grains, distiller's grains, bean dregs, cassava dregs, sludge, and other materials.
Dingli Belt type Dewatering Machine works through appropriate preprocessing, gravity dehydration, and mechanical dehydration, removing the moisture and discharge the processed materials as a filter cake. It is suitable for high-moisture materials, which can remove 20% to 30% moisture in the material. The moisture content of processed materials is less than 60% (may vary due to different the material). Adopts the mechanical dehydration method, greatly reducing energy consumption in the process of drying material, stable working states, and no extra operator needed.
