We can see that the sludge dryer equipment designed by our company is composed of heat source, dehydrator (due to site constraints, the customer has inspected it separately), feeding system, rotary dryer, unloading system and dust removal system. Among them, the heat source is equipped with a diesel burner. Considering the characteristics of the sludge, the feeding system adopts a closed belt feeder, which is not easy to spread. The main body of the drying machine is equipped with a three-layer rotary dryer, which has a small footprint and high thermal efficiency. The dust removal unit is equipped with a cyclone dust collector, which has a simple structure and low price to meet customer needs.
