Due to the high viscosity of the sludge, it is easy to cause material blocking during the drying process. How can we avoid the material blocking of the sludge dryer as much as possible?
1. Reduce the feeding speed: Too much feeding, exceeding the processing capacity of the dryer is an important cause of material blocking, and appropriately reducing the feeding speed can effectively reduce the occurrence of material blocking.
2. Choose a reasonably designed drying equipment: choose a drying equipment with a cleaning device to ensure the dryness of the sludge and avoid material blocking.
3. Regular cleaning and maintenance of equipment: regular cleaning of debris inside the dryer and cleaning of the filter screen can make the dryer work in good condition and reduce the possibility of material blocking.
