The beer lees enter the inner layer of the rotary drum from the feeding device to achieve co-current drying. The material moves to the other end of the inner layer and enters the middle layer for counter-current drying. The beer lees are repeatedly raised in the middle layer in two steps one step back travel mode, the beer lees travels to the other end of the middle layer and falls into the outer layer. The beer lees travels in a rectangular multi-loop way inside the outer drum. Due to its own weight, the wet material cannot travel quickly. The beer grains are fully dried in this rectangular copy board, thus completing the purpose of drying.
