Brief Introduction:

The coconut shell with high moisture, big density characteristics, we adopt the advanced heat flow carbonization technology. The carbonization rate increased from 85% to more than 95%, and its easy to operate with safe environmental protection and high production efficiency, which is energy efficient, and it is the ideal equipment of coal, gas, oil, power plant. The combined distillation carbonization furnace, uses the hoisting composite structures, the method of using hanging from the cooling, shortens the production cycle, improves the efficiency of charcoal production, meanwhile using a unique coking gas (volatile hydrogen material and tar, etc.) back - burning technology which makes full use of the flue gas produced by carbonization. In addition to meet the demand of heat stove, to achieve energy conservation and environmental protection requirements, excess gas can be served as a heat source for drying, which saves fuel in the production. Carbonized without electricity makes mobile production easier with simple and convenient operation. It is an ideal equipment of large-scale production of charcoal.

Working principle:

DINGLI coconut shell dry distillation carbonization furnace is composed of carbonization furnace body, furnace cover, inner tank, cage, combustible gas return pipe, exhaust pipe, flue gas dust removal device, tank lifting device and thermometer. The furnace uses the principle of anaerobic dry distillation to remove the volatile substances in the biomass and achieve the purpose of biomass carbonization. Carbonization process through: filling and sealing furnace - preheat drying - anaerobic carbonization - cooling out carbon. Filling and sealing furnace is to put the coconut shells into the cages, the cage is divided into two or three layers, in turn put into the inner tank, closed cover, lock the buckle, lifting the inner tank into the furnace; Preheat drying uses the wood as fuel to heat the wet coconut shell, slowly heating from room temperature to 220-250 ℃. This process duration is about 1.2-2.0 hours (according to the coconut shell moisture, density, particle size). The water inside the shell and the air in the tank are discharged. Anaerobic carbonization is the furnace temperature when weak yellow smoke in the smoke pipe (hydrogen and other volatile substances) begins to discharge i.e. the beginning of carbonization, recovery of combustible gas into the furnace ignition, adjust intake air, maintain the tank temperature 300-450 ℃ for 2.0-3.5 hours (according to the carbonized material density, particle size and carbonization depth require to determine the specific temperature and carbonization time), when furnace is at natural flameout, mainly at the end of carbonization; Cooling out the carbon is hanging out of the tank from furnace into the cooling area of natural cooling or spray water cooling, until the inner tank temperature dropped to below 50 ℃, then the cover is opened to take out the charcoal. The total furnace temperature and carbonization time is 3.5-5.5 hours, thus it completes 3-6 furnace process in 24 hours. Exhaust gas is moved through dust collector treatment to reach discharge standards. 3 sets of carbonization furnace can be used simultaneously. Peak shifting carbonization, which uses volatile gas heating carbonization furnace, without using additional fuel.
