This project is an energy-efficient drying system designed for the treatment of high-moisture industrial sludge. The project utilizes a specialized sludge dryer and steam as the primary heat source, fully integrating local energy conditions and environmental requirements to achieve efficient and stable sludge reduction and resource recovery.
The equipment employs an optimized heat transfer structure and internal material lifting device, ensuring continuous agitation and uniform heating of the sludge during the drying process, effectively improving evaporation efficiency and heat utilization.
After drying, the finished product's moisture content can be stably controlled at approximately 15%, significantly reducing sludge volume and weight, facilitating subsequent transportation, disposal, or resource utilization (such as brick making, incineration power generation, etc.). The steam heating method makes the system safer and more environmentally friendly, while also reducing exhaust emissions and meeting local environmental standards.
