Principle of solid waste baler:
The solid waste baler includes a bracket, which has a bottom plate and front and rear side baffles. A jack is installed on the bracket, and the jack has a piston rod. The right end of the piston rod is connected to a vertical push plate, and the right side of the push plate is connected to a push plate strip, and the gap between adjacent push plate strips is a rope groove on the plate; the upper right part of the bracket is provided with a material pressing upper baffle, and the bracket on the left side of the material pressing upper baffle is provided with a feed port; the bracket on the right side of the front and rear side baffles is respectively fixedly connected to the front and rear side baffles, and the gap between adjacent side baffles is a rope passage port; the right end of the bracket is provided with a discharge port, and the right end of the bracket at the discharge port is hinged with a door panel, and the left side of the door panel is connected to a door panel strip, and the gap between adjacent door panel strips is a rope passage slot on the door; the cavity surrounded by the front and rear side baffles, the push plate and the bottom plate is the feed cavity, and the cavity surrounded by the front and rear side baffles, the material pressing upper baffle, the door panel and the bottom plate is the extrusion cavity; the door panel and the right end of the bracket are fixedly connected with a locking device. The package size can be adjusted within a certain range as needed.
