This project utilizes a combined drying system for high-moisture baijiu (Chinese liquor) lees, employing a two-stage process of "pre-drying + deep drying" to effectively address the challenges of high moisture content, high viscosity, and difficult drying of baijiu lees.
The initial moisture content of the raw material, baijiu lees, is ≤60%. After a first pre-drying process, the moisture content is stabilized at ≤40%, achieving a processing capacity of 10 tons/hour. A subsequent second drying process further controls the final product moisture content to ≤12%, with a finished product capacity of approximately 6.8 tons/hour, meeting the requirements for downstream resource utilization and storage.
After the project's operation, it not only achieves efficient volume reduction and stabilization of baijiu lees but also significantly increases the added value of the material, providing reliable equipment support for the green production and recycling of the customer's baijiu industry.
