Dingli Group produces shaving dryers and single-channel rotary drum dryers (which are designed for wet shavings produced by shaving machines and wood chips produced by chippers, also called shaving dryers and wood chip dryers). It can be used to dry wood chips, wet shavings, grass powder, sawdust, wood chips and other biomass.
Operating principle of Dingli wood shavings dryer:
When the shaving dryer is working, the motor passes through the triangle belt and is decelerated by the reducer in two stages, and drives the large ring gear through the small gear to make the cylinder run at the designed speed. After the wet shaving material enters the dryer, it is evenly distributed in the cylinder. When the cloth copying plate is turned, the materials are evenly distributed and dispersed in the dryer, and fully contacted with the hot air in the downstream (countercurrent) flow, speeding up the drying heat transfer and mass transfer. During the drying process, under the action of the inclined lifting plate and the hot air flow, the material can be controlled and moved to the star-shaped discharge valve in the other section of the dryer to discharge the finished dried wood shavings.
