Recently, a modern dry mortar production line was put into operation in Umtata, South Africa. The production line has a designed finished product capacity of 5 tons per hour, which will significantly improve the local supply of high-quality building materials.

This production line focuses on the production of dry mortar, and its core technology lies in the efficient treatment of raw material moisture. The project adopts advanced technology, which can stably process raw materials with a moisture content of ≤15%, and finally produce high-quality finished products with a moisture content strictly controlled at ≤1%. This strict moisture control index is the key to ensuring that dry mortar has excellent fluidity, storage stability and final construction performance.

The successful operation of this project not only brings advanced production technology and stable supply of building materials to Umtata, but also creates new employment opportunities, which has positive significance for promoting local economic development and improving the level of the construction industry.
