Located in the Neyugri region of Russia, this project primarily addresses the challenges of high moisture content, difficult storage and transportation, and low comprehensive utilization efficiency in coking coal slime. It utilizes two sets of our company's DLMG-3640 large-scale coal slime drying equipment for systematic processing.
The project has a total processing capacity of 170±10 tons/hour. Through a highly efficient drying process, the moisture content of the raw coal slime can be stably reduced from ≤30±2% to ≤12+1%, significantly improving the calorific value and combustion performance of the material to meet subsequent metallurgical and energy utilization needs.
The entire system employs a mature drum drying process, characterized by large processing capacity, stable operation, high thermal efficiency, and strong adaptability. It can operate stably in low-temperature and complex climatic environments. Simultaneously, it is equipped with a complete automated control system and dust removal and environmental protection devices, effectively ensuring operational safety and environmental compliance.
