The project utilizes the DLMG-2825 coal slime dryer, primarily for dewatering and drying coal slime in coal washing plants, achieving volume reduction, resource utilization, and enhancing the comprehensive utilization value of coal slime.
The project is designed to process 42 tons/hour of coal slime, suitable for coal slime with an initial moisture content of approximately 30%. The equipment employs advanced drum drying technology, combined with a scientific material lifting device and a high-efficiency heat exchange system, ensuring thorough dispersion and uniform heating of the coal slime during drying, effectively solving problems such as high viscosity, easy agglomeration, and difficulty in drying.
After continuous and stable operation, the moisture content of the coal slime can be reduced from 30% to 15%, meeting the requirements for coal slime combustion, transportation, storage, and comprehensive utilization. The entire production line is highly automated, operates stably and reliably, and can achieve continuous 24-hour production. The equipment is equipped with an intelligent control system that automatically adjusts operating parameters according to changes in material moisture content, offering advantages such as high thermal efficiency, low energy consumption, and convenient maintenance. Simultaneously, the system is equipped with environmental dust removal and exhaust gas treatment devices, meeting the green and environmentally friendly production requirements of modern coal enterprises.
