Located in Yangquan City, Shanxi Province, this project primarily serves local coal mines and coal washing enterprises. Addressing the challenges of high moisture content, high transportation costs, and low comprehensive utilization rates in coal slime, a large-scale coal slime drying production line was constructed. The project utilizes the DLMG3430 coal slime dryer, characterized by its large processing capacity, high thermal efficiency, and stable operation, meeting the needs of continuous, large-scale production.
The project is designed to process 70 tons/hour of coal slime with an initial moisture content ≤25%. The equipment employs a high-efficiency drum drying process, combined with an optimized lifting device and hot air circulation system, ensuring thorough tumbling and uniform heating of the coal slime within the drum, effectively improving heat exchange efficiency and reducing unit energy consumption.
After drying, the finished coal slime moisture content can be stably controlled at ≤13%, significantly improving its calorific value and combustion efficiency, meeting the fuel quality requirements of power plants, coal chemical enterprises, and other industrial users. Simultaneously, the low moisture content of the coal slime facilitates transportation, storage, and subsequent comprehensive utilization, effectively reducing logistics costs and material losses.
