Recently, the high-efficiency potassium humate dryer project developed and installed by Dingli Group in cooperation with Canadian customers was successfully completed and officially put into operation. With its excellent dehydration and drying performance and intelligent design, the equipment successfully overcomes the problem of high-humidity raw material processing and provides innovative solutions for the fields of organic fertilizers and agricultural environmental protection.
The potassium humate dryer put into production this time has a designed processing capacity of 1.062 tons/hour, which can efficiently process viscous raw materials with an initial moisture content of up to 70%-80%. Through precise temperature control and drying process, the moisture content of the finished product is finally stably controlled within 15%. The equipment innovatively integrates a raw material breaking system, effectively solves the problem of high-humidity material agglomeration, achieves improved drying uniformity, reduces energy consumption year-on-year, and greatly optimizes production efficiency and product quality.
At present, the dryer has entered the trial operation stage, and it is expected to process more than 8,000 tons of raw materials annually, which can significantly increase customer production capacity and reduce operating costs.
