First, inspect all components. Check all auxiliary equipment, including all transmission parts and support parts of the dryer. Ensure they are tight and functioning properly. Also check the contact between the tires and the guide rollers; there should be slight contact between the guide rollers and the support rollers. Check the sealing (the discharge manhole door should be sealed well; check the wear of the feed seal; the discharge airlock valve should operate smoothly and function well). In this production line, check the feeding device, combustion chamber, slag in the furnace pit, furnace door, air ducts, regulating valves, blower, dust collector, and other accessories for their integrity and proper connection with upstream and downstream processes. Finally, check the fuel; prepare the raw materials and thoroughly inspect the hot air furnace to ensure the entire production line can operate smoothly.
