The crushed waste wood first enters the inner layer of the rotary drum by the feeding device, realizes the downstream drying, continuously picks up and scatters in the inner layer, and spirals to realize heat exchange; then moves to the inner layer. The other end enters the middle layer, performs countercurrent drying, and is continuously pushed forward in the middle layer, and enters a two-step, one-step way of traveling; then, in the middle layer, it can fully absorb the heat emitted by the inner roller and absorb the middle roller. The heat, while prolonging the drying time, allows the material to reach a dry state. The material goes to the other end of the middle layer and falls into the outer layer, and travels in a rectangular multi-loop manner in the outer drum. The material that achieves the drying effect quickly travels out of the drum under the action of hot air, and the wet material that does not reach the drying effect cannot travel fast due to its own weight. Drying is sufficiently carried out in this rectangular copying board, thereby completing the entire drying process. The processing route adopts a mixing process of one drying, two pulverization, continuous feeding and adjusting feeding, and the pellet forming fuel forming rate is over 98%, and the bulk density, particle density and heat value are high. It can realize large-scale, continuous and stable production to meet the needs of industrialization of biomass pellet fuel.
