The gasification slag drying production line in Yulin, Shaanxi Province, selected our company's specialized gasification slag drying equipment, custom-designed to address the high moisture content and agglomeration characteristics of the gasification slag.
The raw material moisture content of this project was approximately 50%. After treatment with a highly efficient pre-drying process, the moisture content was stably reduced to 30%, and the system's designed processing capacity reached 42 tons/hour. The entire set of equipment operates stably and continuously, effectively improving the subsequent utilization conditions of the gasification slag and reducing transportation and disposal costs.
After completion, the project greatly meets the customer's production needs for large-scale, stable processing of gasification slag, demonstrating significant economic benefits and environmental protection significance.
